1 package cooked pasta (I use penne rigate)
1 cup julienned green bell peppers
2/3 cup green peas
1/3 cup soy mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded parmesan
juice of 3 key limes
1 T sugar
8-10 basil leaves, chopped
(optional) toasted pine nuts
salt and pepper to taste
