1 c APF
1 c cornmeal
1.5 t baking powder
1 t salt
pinch sugar
Mix all these together. Mix together separately:
1 c milk
.25-.33 c oil
1 egg
Combine and bake at 425 for 10-15' (until a fork comes out clean)

Excellent and quick. One suggestion: substitute whole wheat flour and coconut milk for the APF and cow's milk. Second suggestion: substitute OJ for .25 c of the milk and add orange peel and dried dates. Scrumptious.
